JQ25 series Expanded Metal Machine is mainly used for making diamond shape expanded metals, the material can be mild steel, aluminum, copper, brass, nickel, etc.
The series we can produce now are: JQ25-6.3, JQ25-16, JQ25-25, JQ25-25B, JQ25-40, JQ25-100, JQ25-100B.
The JQ25-25B is the high speed machine, it's working speed can be 230/min, and the JQ25-100 and JQ25-100B are heavy type, working width is 2000mm & 2500mm.
The working width ot our own produced machine can be 600mm, 1000mm, 1250mm, 1500mm, 2000mm, 2500mm.
